Ashland University has just partnered with the online music service Ruckus Network to provide the student population with unlimited download access to a library of over 2.5 Million songs. This service replaces the now defunct services previously provided by Cdigix (Please note that Cdigix play lists will not transfer to the new Ruckus service).
As part of the Ashland University community, you can now get free, legal music downloads from Ruckus.com!
To Start Downloading Today:
Simply go to Ruckus.com, click on “Join Ruckus” and enter your Ashland University email address. The registration process will only take a few minutes.

Additional charges apply for moving music to an MP3 player ($20 per semester). Movie downloads will be available in the near future and the IT staff are looking into options for increasing Internet bandwidth to best support new service offerings.
