Academic hardware requests are initiated by the faculty members, center directors, and/or department chairs through the use of this form to identify specific hardware needs for the instructional computer labs or faculty and staff offices at all Ashland University campus locations.

This request will be reviewed and submitted to Information Technology for action.
Note Hardware requests should be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the start of the semester in which it will be needed. ***
