Training

ITS is here to help you succeed as you work with technology on campus. We have formal training sessions schedule a month in advance. These are usually scheduled in Patterson Hall, room 303 (Educational Training Center).

We can also accommodate one-on-one training sessions as our schedules allow. So, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• ITS offers a variety of training sessions in the following areas:
• Software – Microsoft applications, Web Development, Graphic design, Groupwise
• Hardware – Sympodium, Smartboard, Videooconferencing, Video Editing

While we will do our best to support you in your endeavors, we do not have exhaustive knowledge of all software and hardware. We have decided to focus our efforts on certain software applications and technology hardware. We can offer assistance in troubleshooting non-standard applications, but cannot dedicate large amounts of time to non-standard applications.
